“My husband is a remodeling contractor and we both enjoy reading, learning and keeping up to date with Savvy. In fact, we often pass on articles to our neighbors, friends and customers. Thanks to all for your efforts towards putting out such a quality magazine.”

When the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC) required all builders to register, Building SAVVY was able to develop the most comprehensive mailing list possible, including all active builders and remodelers in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Only about 25% of these belong to their local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. Our goal is to reach as close to 100% as possible. We include all builder and remodeler members of Greater Fort Worth and Greater Dallas HBAs and local NARI chapter members AND although TRCC has been abolished and its website therefore is not a reliable source of current activity, we have done mailings to confirm the validity of addresses and businesses that were originally added to our list from the TRCC website. In addition, through our educational classes, we have created a second-to-none builder address and email database. Building SAVVY is the only media that delivers hard news, local feature stories and other carefully selected articles specifically related to DFW homebuilding to All active builders and remodelers in DFW. Every recipient of Building SAVVY is a potential client!
